What Is ICS?
ICS is an independent supportive housing program for adults with disabilities. The ICS program is centered around the client’s home and community. Services are provided that meet the client's goals to maintain independence in the community.

At Simple Health Services, our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) program is designed to provide comprehensive assistance and training in community living service categories to adults aged 18 and older. We are committed to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives within our provider-controlled ICS setting, which is based in an apartment complex.
Covered Services.
Community Participation: Services related to community mobility and pedestrian safety, resource use and access, safety and awareness, interpersonal communication, leisure, and transportation.
Health, Safety, and Wellness: Collaboration with individuals for healthcare arrangements, support for self-care activities, health services support, and strategies to reach health, safety, and wellness goals.
Household Management: Assistance with household care, safety, budgeting, cooking, nutrition, and lifestyle skills.
Adaptive Skills: Crisis prevention, positive support strategies, problem-solving, functional skills development, self-sufficiency strategies, and positive behavior support.

Available 24/7 Our ICS services are available up to 24 hours per day, ensuring that individuals receive support whenever they need it, whether in their living unit or within the community.
Support in Community Living: We offer a wide range of support services, including cueing, skill maintenance, guidance, instruction, assistance with activities of daily living, assistance with coordination of community living activities, and direct supervision within allowable community living service categories.
Training In community Living: Our training services focus on skill-building and instruction to help individuals acquire, retain, and improve their experiences living in the community within allowable community living service categories. Training is tailored to meet each individual's identified needs.
